TOWN & COUNTRY FEED & SUPPLY – TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Town & Country Feed & Supply's online store ("Site"), located at https://invermerefarmandyard.com and operated in Windermere, BC, Canada. By creating an account and using our Site, you agree to the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT CREATION
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders.
- Online orders require an account; guest checkout is not available.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
2. LOCAL PICKUP ONLY
- All online purchases are for pickup at our physical location:

- We do not offer shipping or delivery services for online orders.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION & AVAILABILITY
- We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them and cancel orders if needed.
- Some items may be subject to local restrictions and may not be available for purchase.
4. PAYMENTS
- Accepted payment methods:
- Credit cards (online and in-store, processed via Moneris)
- Cash (in-store only)
- All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Orders are not confirmed until payment is processed and you receive a confirmation email.
5. ORDER PICKUP
- You will be notified by email or SMS when your order is ready for pickup.
- Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification.
- Please bring your order confirmation and valid ID when picking up.
6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of pickup date.
Return Requirements:
- Original receipt or proof of purchase required
- Items must be in original, unopened packaging
- Items must be unused and in resalable condition
- Customer is responsible for bringing items back to our store location
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the original purchase
- Credit card refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
- Cash purchases will be refunded in cash
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened, used, or damaged products
- Items without original packaging
- Perishable goods or feed products that have been opened
- Custom or special-order items
Exceptions will be made during warranty periods, as well as in cases where defective feed is not noticeable prior to opening.
Exchanges: Product exchanges are available for the same item in same size/variety, subject to availability and the same conditions as returns.
